*Heartfelt Tribute* Mama Niyi, as we fondly called you, it is with heavy hearts, yet in total submission to the perfect will of God Almighty, that we received the news of your sudden passing. Your departure came as a bitter pill to swallow a shocking and heartbreaking loss that was almost impossible to believe. The phone call announcing that you had left this sinful world was a great shock to us all. It was a moment that left us speechless, filled with sorrow and disbelief. Mama Niyi, you were a woman of unwavering faith, genuine love and remarkable strength. You walked closely with God, radiating His love and serving as a true peacemaker wherever you went. Your life was a shining example of selflessness, humility, and sacrificial love. At the tender age of 14, following the passing of your beloved mother shortly after childbirth, you embraced the enormous responsibility of caring for your younger siblings. You became both a sister and a mother to them, sacrificing many of your own dreams including the opportunity to pursue a university education to ensure their well-being and education. Life presented you with many trials and challenges, yet you faced each one with steadfast faith in God, resilience, courage, and an unwavering determination. Your strength and devotion continue to inspire everyone who had the privilege of knowing you. Although our hearts grieve your absence, we also rejoice because we know that you are resting peacefully in the presence of the Lord, free from pain and sorrow. We take comfort in the assurance of God's promise and in the life of faith that you lived. Well done, good and faithful servant... Enter into the joy of your Lord." Matthew 25:23 Mama Niyi, your legacy of love, sacrifice, and faith will forever remain in our hearts. Though we miss you deeply, we are comforted by the hope that this is not goodbye forever. By God's grace, we shall meet again in glory. Rest peacefully in the bosom of the Lord until we meet again. Forever loved. Forever remembered.
