It is with a heavy heart that I write this tribute to my beloved Big Mum. Words can hardly express the pain of losing someone who meant so much to me and to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. One of the memories I will cherish forever is the way she would always call me, "Yo, Yo, Yo." Those words, spoken with so much love and affection, will forever echo in my heart. Every time she called my name that way, it reminded me that I was loved and valued. Big Mum was a remarkable woman whose life was a beautiful example of love, kindness, humility, and selflessness. She was a devoted wife who stood faithfully by her husband's side through life's seasons. She was a loving and caring mother who nurtured her children with wisdom, discipline, compassion, and unwavering support. Her family was her pride, and she gave them her very best. Beyond her family, Big Mum had a heart large enough to embrace everyone. She was generous, welcoming, and always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She treated people with respect regardless of their background and had a unique way of making everyone feel at home. Her gentle spirit, warm smile, and encouraging words brought comfort and joy to many lives. She lived a life of integrity, grace, and genuine love for others. Her kindness was not selective—it reached neighbours, friends, relatives, and even strangers. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, generosity, faith, and service that will continue to inspire those of us she has left behind. Although our hearts are filled with sorrow because of your departure, we are grateful for the beautiful memories, the lessons you taught us, and the love you shared so freely. Your impact on our lives can never be erased, and your memory will forever remain alive in our hearts. Thank you, Big Mum, for your love, your prayers, your wisdom, and for being such a wonderful mother figure. Thank you for every "Yo, Yo, Yo" that always brought a smile to my face. You may be gone from our sight, but you will never be gone from our hearts. May the Almighty God grant you eternal rest and give the entire family the strength and comfort to bear this great loss. Rest peacefully, Big Mum. You will forever be loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten. May her soul rest in perfect peace, and may God continue to comfort you and the entire family during this difficult time. Ayobami
